"I haven’t managed to get out at all the past few months with being a self employed plumber and having a young family it becomes tricky. But funnily enough I always manage to find the time come SPRING!!

I have been priming a couple of areas over a couple weeks leading up to the long Easter weekend. But when I arrived for a couple of nights, they had already been taken!

Easter weekend came and went with no success. But I managed to get down for a quick night a few days later and managed to drop in on the swim I had been baiting.

No more than 2-3 hours and I was rewarded with my first 40lb of my new southern syndicate at 42lb on the nose.

Needless to say the bug is back. I’ll keep the bait trickling in over the next couple weeks ready for my next trip!
